Now that the riders and spectators have gone home, the banners have been removed and the streets are swept clean, I have the chance to thank you and your staff for a superb job. Both AIDS Ride staff and volunteers mentioned to me how professional and helpful your staff was at both locations. IPSA personnel were always there to offer assistance or advice on making the event a success.

I personally have never worked with a team of security professionals who are as willing to get involved and help from start to finish. Your guards were helping us strike the backstage area, even after a long, hot and grueling day. I came to appreciate your guards’ extra effort combined with their reliability and friendliness.
