IPSA's main office is located in New York City and we provide protective services on a worldwide basis. Our operations center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by trained personnel. Management and Supervisors are able to respond quickly and efficiently to any situation that may occur. Our Hudson Valley office, located in Poughkeepsie, NY, handles all accounts north of NYC and south of Albany.

Our Executive Team is comprised of professionals with many years of experience in Corporate and Contract Security Management, Law Enforcement, Executive Protection, and Special Event Security. When you meet with us to discuss your needs, a member of our Senior Management will work with you to set realistic goals for your security program. Our operations staff takes a proactive approach, setting up close working relationships with each client, doing the necessary advance work and surveys before the assignment begins, and assists you and our training department in developing site specific procedures for the personnel involved. The partnership between our management and our clients sets us apart from the rest of the industry, and allows us to deliver the personalized service we have become known for.

Board Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Personal Protection Specialist (PPS), Certified Anti-Terrorist Specialist (CAS), and Certified Protection Officer (CPO), with over 30 years experience in high rise facility and estate security, guard force training and management, special event security, and personal protection. Licensed, insured, and bonded by New York State to operate a Private Investigation and Security company.

Extensive experience in operational planning, organizing, and coordinating major events, and law enforcement liaison both domestically and overseas. Full range of experience with protective details as team member, shift and detail leader, and performing advance preparation and organizing details for private families, entertainers, business and religious leaders on a world-wide basis.

Received Executive and Dignitary Protection Training from extensive courses sponsored by the Executive Protection Institute and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Also trained in Executive Protection and Security by schools and organizations such as John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Jersey City College, American Society for Industrial Security, New York City Police Department, and many others. Currently a Senior Instructor for the Executive Protection Institute.

Owner and Director of a NYS approved Security Guard Training School. Certified as a NYS General Topics and Armed Security Guard Instructor. Expert qualified by the NRA as a Certified Law Enforcement handgun and shotgun Instructor with experience and training in rifle and sub-machine gun. Certified Glock Armorer. Currently licensed to carry concealed firearms in several states. Firearms Training by schools such as Smith and Wesson Academy, Heckler and Koch, Glock, and others.
Certified Driving Instructor by Vehicle Dynamics Institute (VDI) and graduate of numerous Tony Scotti Driving and vehicle management courses. Have provided Secure Transportation Services in numerous countries.

Performed numerous explosives detection searches using state of the art electronic equipment, and organized and coordinated other EOD and weapon searches using dogs and their handlers, walk through magnometers, and E-scan X-ray equipment. Trained in Disaster Management and Emergency Planning, and holder of several New York City Fire Department Certificates of Fitness. Served as Sergeant for New York City Police Department Auxiliary Forces at Midtown South Precinct for 8 years. Also providing pre-hospital care as a New York State trained Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and member of community ambulance corps.
