IPSA HistoryInternational Protective Service Agency (IPSA), is a division of International Protection Group, LLC (IPG) and was established in 1989.

IPSA has worked in over 40 countries throughout the globe and we continue to expand services every year. Our staff, operators, and agents are highly qualified professionals with years of experience providing a high standard of service to all our clients on a worldwide basis.

We have a 20-year history of recruiting and hiring only the best professionals from security, military, and law enforcement organizations such as the New York City Police Department, the Secret Service, Homeland Security and the FBI to name a few.

IPSA HistoryAll IPSA candidates receive extensive training in our own highly respected IPSA Academy, which not only trains IPSA candidates but also is attended by other security professionals seeking world-class instruction. All IPSA candidates go through a comprehensive screening process. This includes background checks, aptitude tests, reference verification, drug screening and extensive interviews to determine protection skills and attitude/personality quotients. Once hired and graduating the IPSA Academy, all personnel receive continuous in-service training to stay abreast of the latest in security measures.

IPSA prides itself on providing professionals who possess the right balance of personal protection skills and human interaction dynamics. We strive to deliver service attention and sound judgment in all instances. We promote being personable and sensitive to client needs and handle situations with flexibility without ever jeopardizing safety and security. IPSA HistoryIPSA professional memberships include the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), Academy of Security Educators and Trainers (ASET), Nine Lives Associates (NLA), International Special Events Society (ISES), American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers (ASLET), National Association of Investigative Specialists (NAIS), Police Marksman Association (PMA), and several others.

IPSA is fully insured and bonded and carries standard or excessive statutory and liability insurance.

Our office located in New York City and provides security and protective services for our clients domestically and Internationally. Our operations center is staffed 24/7 by trained personnel in order for Management and Supervisors to respond quickly and efficiently to any situation that may occur.
