IPSA has over 12 years experience as the house security team for one on New York City's premier venues, the Manhattan Center, featuring the Hammerstein Ballroom and the Grand Ballroom. With more than 200 events a year at this venue alone, IPSA has developed a strong cadre of officers who can handle themselves professionally in any situation. Some of our other premier events include the annual AIDS Walk, the New York City Marathon, Barney's Warehouse Sale and Cirque du Soleil.

No event is too small or too big for our team. Whether it's one officer for a gallery opening or 150 officers for a city-wide event, we're here to give you the best security coverage possible.

Security for events can be a complicated endeavor requiring extensive planning, coordinating and managing multiple teams of people. When security at events is a priority, it is critical that you consult with highly trained experts. Your event is simply too important to risk to anyone but the most seasoned professionals.

IPSA also has extensive experience in operational planning, organizing and coordinating major events both domestically and internationally. Scope of Special Event Services

International Protective Service Agency (IPSA) provides the following services for all its clients:

  • Qualified Personnel during the hours of required coverage.
  • Experienced Supervisors to perform regular inspections of the client's site and supervise the operation and actions of each assigned officer.
  • Availability of a security consultant when necessary and/or desired.
  • Office and Technical support for scheduling personnel and other advisory needs.
  • Liaison between client and Law Enforcement agencies for any activities involving criminal incidents occurring on the clients property.
  • Customized post orders and clear, concise officer protocol instructional manual for personnel assigned to the site.
  • Carefully maintained log books, incident reports, and other such documents/records as required by the client's individual needs.
  • Long term and Short term Security Guard services.
