Efrain Santiago has over 12 years of security industry experience in security services, technology sales strategies and tactics to deliver above target revenue growth in business to business sales in the security services industry and leads the International Protective Service Agency (IPSA) sales and business development team.

As the Senior Director of Business Development, Efrain manages, mentors and drives his team of Sales professionals, who are responsible for building longstanding new client relationships. Efrain is responsible for developing and retaining business throughout the Private, Local and Government sectors. Efrain utilizes a disciplined, structured approach to execution of pipeline management and sales processes to capture market share from competitors and build new markets.

Efrain’s approach to business is consultative and personable, placing attention on getting to know and understand clients and intricacies of their security business needs on a daily basis. Over the past twelve years, Efrain has built a trusted client portfolio working in sales within the security industry.


Carly Peterson

Client Service Manager / Sales

Ms. Peterson is an experienced client services manager with a demonstrated history of working in the security and investigations industry. She is skilled in crisis management, crisis communications, domestic and international relations, security operations and security management and demonstrates exceptional leadership skills that make her a strong business development professional in the security industry.

After joining International Protective Service Agency (IPSA) several years ago, Ms. Peterson was selected to manage a multi-million-dollar shopping complex's 24/7 security operation. Her motivation, drive and perseverance propelled her to be assigned as the client service manager of all TV operations where she handles numerous TV productions simultaneously. In addition, Ms. Peterson coordinates and manages special events, executive protection details, armed / unarmed events, private investigations, work place violence, threat assessment, protective intelligence and secure transportation assignments, especially those with a specialization in film and entertainment security for celebrities, executives, film crews and production sets. Ms. Peterson is trained in behavioral analysis, protective/evasive driving, firearms and protection response tactics.

Ms. Peterson obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and will complete her Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy College in May of 2018. Ms. Peterson is a graduate of the Executive Protection Institute (EPI), is a Personal Protection Specialist (PPS), and a member of the Nine Lives Association (NLA).
